Eagle-Eye Easy Search is a cloud-based web application developed for Arizona Property Sales for the purpose of making real estate searches easier.

STEP 1 Choose the type of property you want: residential, commercial/industrial, or land
STEP 2 Choose a price range and/or the number of beds/baths you're looking for using the easy drop down controls

The Google interactive map will automatically become populated with bubbles showing each property's location and price. Zoom in and out of the map using your mouse scroll wheel or the zoom controls on the left side of the map view. Hover your mouse over any property bubble to see high-level details for that property, and click on a property bubble to open a page in a new tab with detailed information about a listing, including:

• All available photos of the property
• Property description
• Google interactive map showing the location of the property
• Details about the land, taxes, available utilites, and amenities

The Google Interactive Maps also include Google's Street View technology, which allows you to take a look at the neighborhood surrounding a property. To use Google Street View, click and drag the street view icon over the street you're interested in (roads for which Google has street view data will be highlighted in blue) and drop the icon on the area you'd like to see. You can exit street view by clicking the X in the upper right-hand corner.

By searching in this way you can preview an unlimited number of properties from your computer. By searching in this way you can spend your time at properties of interest instead of searching for what is acceptable. You will never again have to say “where is that property located?” You will be less stressed because you will know you have not missed a single property in the area.

Try this software. It takes very little effort and returns almost unreal results.
